The authors of LET'S READ TOGETHER: A PARENT'S GUIDE TO BEGINNING READING have been teaching children to read for over twenty years. Ellen Gordon and Eileen Zweig are also the co-creators of OPERATION BOOKWORM, a unique volunteer reading program used in several New Jersey School Schools. Ellen and Eileen are the recipients of the 1998-99 New Jersey Department of Education Best Practice Award, for their OPERATION BOOKWORM Program.
